Yesterday's trip held emportance. Three of us entered from section G, and traveled directly to the intencive heat section. Estimates are that we reached temperatures around 150 degrees. We acctually passed the entire four block long section, and found an entrance to the origional building where the steam used to be produced. Now it is used to send hot air to autoclave stations around the campus, or so we think. Section S, which stretches along the left side (facing it from Collage ave.) of campus, was there, but time restains stoppedus from exploring it. Going back through the heat section, we were covered with swaet and piening for the outside and some fresh air. We were using more expensive breath masks this time, and they are really annoing through sweat. We really need to figure out the level of the Espestos problem, and whether the masks are necisarry, and where.

Plans for next time include exploration of section S, and an educated assesment of the Espestos problem. If anyone has any information on Espestos estimation, please e-mail us. Thanks.

Here is a map of where we went. The green is our path, and the red is the heat section. Once in the building, we attmepted (unsucessfully) to get past a locked, grated door that leads to the yellow (unexplored) tunnel leading up past it. Hoepfully we will find a way to get into this completely unexplored section.
